Good quality and bright color. My niece is in love. Especially, I like how versatile the straps are: you can wear it as a backpack, cross-body, or just carry it in your hand. Smart!

It's a good size and does what it's meant to. I thought it was a little pricy until I compared it with similar items, and for a proprietary bag that you can use with other stuff it's actually reasonably priced. I haven't tried the freeze pouch it came with yet because I've got loads of freezer boxes. I'm glad I splashed out for the bag.

I use it for business trips (I go by car). I pack one or two meals, and it keeps them cold until I warm them up in my GO. I'm very satisfied with the product!
