Our story

Without a microwave in high school, we looked for alternatives to heat our lunch. To avoid eating only cold sandwiches, we then took the solution into our own hands. 

We founded Faitron in 2016 and launched our first HeatsBox in 2019. HeatsBox is available now in over 20 countries and 4 continents!

Our headquarters are located in the beautiful old town of Zurich directly at the Limmat river. We also have an office in Berlin-Mitte. Our international team is highly motivated to ensure that more and more people can enjoy a warm and healthy meal on the go.
