What is the difference to the other HeatsBox versions?
HeatsBox GO is the only one that is battery-powered, while other HeatsBox versions require plug in to heat up the meal.
It doesn’t heat up, but the battery shows 27% or so?
Please make sure that it is fully charged before using it.
Can I charge HeatsBox GO with a power bank?
Yes, you can easily use a power bank to charge the HeatsBox GO as it requires only USB-C cable. Charging input is 5-15V and therefore, all regular power banks work fine.
Can it heat while being plugged in without battery charge left?
The GO is the only HeatsBox that does not work while plugged in.
Am I able to purchase a HeatsBox Go with the appropriate charging adaptor for the location to which I will be traveling?
The GO always comes with USB-C, and you’ll be using your own adapter. So, you have maximum flexibility during your travels.
Can the app be used with the HeatsBox Go while in airplane mode on an airplane?
Yes. We have flight attendants as customers using it up in the sky! Should be carried in carry-on luggage, not checked baggage.
Will it shut off automatically when not using an app?
Yes - it will go to standby mode. In addition, you can also put it into "factory mode" when pressing the button for 10 seconds and then confirm with another push!
Then, the HeatsBox GO is completely locked and cannot be started until you plug in physically a USB-C cable and start charging (1 sec is enough) to release / unlock the HeatsBox GO.
