HeatsBox Lid

The heating elements work great for what I’ve needing it for. However when washing the lid, water gets trapped between the two layers of plastic and it’s almost impossible to get out. Running the risk of mold. I’ve had mine for about a year and thinking of getting a new one. But this will need to be fixed before I do

I’ve been using this battery-powered heated lunch box five days a week for about a month. Overall, I’m happy with the product and it does what it’s meant to do. It heats food reasonably well, but the battery is only just sufficient for a dense meal. Because of that, I am concerned that as the battery ages and its capacity reduces, it may not last long enough to properly heat food.
Unfortunately, one of the red lid locking clips has already snapped. There are four in total, and having one fail this early is disappointing. To replace it I now have to spend £16 plus delivery, which feels expensive for such a small plastic part.
Good product overall, but the battery capacity feels borderline and the durability of the lid locking clips could be improved.
