I made the best mistake in my life read on;

I thought I was buying the heatsbox recharge ( my mistake) and they contacted me and upgraded to the pro I thought all were rechargeable so when I received the pro I was sort of disappointed but I ordered the heatsbox go. While waiting played with the pro and was immediately impressed. The app is simple and I still need to use it more but so far I’m really happy. Whether you can cook or not this product reheats to perfection. My next trial is to cook raw chinese vegetables and see if I can make broccoli not mushy , I think this will do it as I can set the temperature on the app. No mistake here. I’m going to give a review on the heatsbox go. It’s a winner

Meals heated in the microwave and those with the Heatsbox have nothing to do with each other. The difference is enormous. Very good product and I can only recommend it. Of course, it takes a certain amount of time (about 30 minutes) but it is programmable, so it is ready at the desired time and keeps the food warm for another 30 minutes... What could be better !!!!!

Funktioniert super / Schwachpunkt ist der Innenschalen Deckel

Die Box wärmt die Gerichte einwandfrei auf. Leider ist das ‚Scharnier‘ des Innenschalendeckels aus Plastik und bricht schnell ab. Man muss sehr aufpassen. Um die Box zu schliessen, muss man den Deckel gut runterdrücken. Sonst springen die Verschlussklappen wieder auf.

Is the HeatsBox PRO battery-powered?

No. The HeatsBox PRO is a plug-in version. So you need to connect the HeatsBox PRO to the power outlet.

How much food fits into the box?

The Inner Dish can fit up to 925 ml or about 500-600 grams of food.

How does the timer work? Do I need my phone nearby?

If you want your meal to be ready at a certain time - just schedule it in the HeatsBox App. Once programmed, make sure the button turns yellow. From now on, it works without Bluetooth! HeatsBox will start heating automatically and you will have your hot meal on time.

Does the HeatsBox PRO work without App?

Yes, it does heat up without an App!
Just press once until the button turns red. The temperature by default is 80 °C / 176 °F.
The button turns green - your meal is ready.
Do not forget to switch it off and enjoy your meal!
